Rental Conditions
For the period from July 4, 2026 to August 22, 2026, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
Outside of this period, arrival and departure dates are flexible, and the minimum stay is 3 days.
Your reservation is only confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 35% of your stay.
The total amount of your stay must be paid one month prior to your arrival.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM and departure is no later than 10:00 AM.
Check-in is until 9:00 PM. In case of late arrival, please let us know.
Upon arrival, a €400 deposit per bungalow will be required, which will be returned upon departure and after an inventory of fixtures and fittings.
No discount will be given for late arrival or early departure. During their stay, the tenant must keep the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Rearranging the furniture inside and removing furniture from the bungalow is strictly prohibited.Guests are required to take all reasonable precautions to avoid soiling the walls inside the accommodation, the benches, mattresses, mattress pads, and cushions.
During their stay, residents are urged to avoid any noise or discussion that could disturb their neighbors. Sound systems must be adjusted accordingly.
On the day of your departure, we will conduct an inventory of the premises.
Cleaning is the guest's responsibility.
To this end, upon return of the keys, the following housekeeping tasks must be performed:
Removal of all personal belongings, groceries, household waste, and other debris.
Sweeping of all floors.
Washing of floors and bathrooms.
Thorough cleaning of the stove, microwave, and refrigerator, which must be empty.
Thorough washing and complete drying of all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots, pans, etc.
In the event of non-cleaning, a fixed fee of €60 will be deducted from the security deposit.
For any departure outside of normal reception opening hours, and after an inspection of the premises, your deposit will be returned to you as follows:
If deposit paid in cash: return by bank transfer (less bank fees)
If deposit by bank imprint: imprint cancellation
If deposit by check: return by mail
In the event of damage, all or part of the deposit may be retained.
