The prices indicated are valid for the 2025 season. 
Rental rates are per week or 7 nights and tent pitch rates are per night and are in euros, VAT included 
The amount of the tourist tax is 0.66 €uro per day and per adult.

For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 35% of the price of the amount of the services booked must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

1.    Arrival • • Arrivals are from 5:00 p.m. Arrivals are until 9:00 p.m. In case of late arrival please let us know. When you get the keys to your rental, a deposit of €200 will be requested and will be returned upon departure and after an inventory.
2.    During your stay It is the camper's responsibility to insure themselves: the camper is responsible for monitoring their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). U Sommalu campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the camper's civil liability. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations.
Each tenant in title is responsible for any disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with them or visiting them. During their stay, the tenant must keep the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness. It is strictly forbidden to change the arrangement of the furniture inside and therefore to take the furniture outside the bungalow. He is required to take all the usual precautions not to soil the walls inside the accommodation, the benches, the mattresses, the mattress pads, the cushions.

3.    Departure • departures are made no later than 10:00 a.m. On the day of departure indicated on your contract, the accommodation will be returned in a perfectly clean state: The following household chores must be carried out:
 Removal of all personal effects, provisions, and household waste and other rubbish. Sweeping of all floors,
 Washing of floors and toilets.
 Perfect cleaning of the stove, microwave oven and refrigerator which must be empty. Thorough washing and total drying of all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pans, etc. 
The inventory may be checked, any broken or damaged object will be your responsibility, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary. 
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the retained compensation, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the exit inventory. 
The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs are higher than the amount of the deposit.

In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum value of €60 including tax will be requested
For any late departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate. For any departure outside normal reception opening hours, and after inventory, your deposit will be returned to you as follows: 
If deposit paid in cash: return by bank transfer (bank charges deducted)
 If deposit by bank imprint: Cancellation of imprint

Animals are accepted in the Campsite (except for dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories) for a fee payable when you book. Only one animal <10 kg allowed per accommodation. 
When they are allowed, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food shops and in buildings. 
The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.

You authorize the U Sommalu campsite to photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on the U Sommalu campsite websites or Internet pages – including Facebook). This authorization applies to you as well as to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote the U Sommalu campsite and may in no way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

Any possible complaint related to a stay must be made in writing, and sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 20 days following the end of the stay.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution found within the month following receipt of the aforementioned letter of complaint, you may resort to a consumer mediator.
